The Allen key for Pro Arm is a 5/32 inch straight hex type, not ball-end.
The same 5/32 inch Allen key size is used to lock and unlock the top stage of a PRO head and to adjust the post and gimbal on older PRO models.
Replacement Allen keys of this size can be sourced from electronics distributors or obtained directly from the manufacturer.
