El M2 es un modular sled con escenario, base y puestos totalmente intercambiables con componentes M1 tanto mecánica como electrónicamente.
El M2 cuenta con electrónica integrada Volt incorporada en el topstage como característica opcional.
El M2 tiene tres puertos HDSDI, dos puertos de energía Lemo, un conector de tally y dos P-taps en el escenario.
El M2 incluye una cabeza de inclinación con más o menos 10 grados.

Post diameter on the M2 is 1.58 inches, matching the U2, Masters, Clippers, and Shadow models.
The M2 posts are lighter than M1 posts and the monitor rod spacing is 60mm rather than 100mm.
The M2 is available with two post length options in a 2-section configuration, or optionally with M1's 2 or 3-section post systems.
The M2 gimbal accommodates different arm post diameters of 0.500, 0.625, or 0.740 inches using spacers.
The M2 base supports both V-mount and Gold Mount batteries with switchable 12/24 volt output and an optional third battery mount.
V-mount battery release protectors can be retrofitted to M1 setups as a non-destructive add-on.
