The ProVid can be dynamically balanced by adjusting the battery mount position, with extending the battery mount as far as possible being recommended for optimal balance.
Extending the battery mount improves stability when operating in the low or cradle position.
The ProVid has more adjustment options available compared to other models like the SK2, making it easier to balance.
The two-pin power connector on the stage uses a Lemo 0B connector.
The four-pin connector between the post and base module for power and video uses a Lemo 1B connector.

Specific advice about battery mount positioning came from a distributor rather than manufacturer documentation.
Information about Lemo connectors was provided by someone familiar with SK2 equipment rather than ProVid-specific documentation.
The SK2 balancing experience mentioned may not be directly transferable to ProVid procedures.
