Photo attachment requirements and process on forum

- Photos can be attached to forum posts using an attachments section located below the editing window, which contains a button labeled for file uploads
- Resizing photos before uploading improves viewing experience
- Only sustaining members with paid subscriptions can attach photos to posts
- Sustaining membership is also required to post in the classifieds section
