Popping noise when arming the G50 arm lift mechanism

What the thread found
- A popping or creaking sound during arm setup on the G50 is caused by loosening of the turret screw under the lift adjustment knob rather than a defect
- The turret screw can be tightened using the small stainless steel spanner tool included in the equipment kit to eliminate the noise
- The screw should be tightened only until the popping sound disappears plus an additional half turn to avoid stiffening the adjustment knobs
- The turret screw tends to loosen over time when the arm is frequently adjusted across a wide range of load weights
