Steadicam EFP training video availability and format quality
15 years old. Gear and prices may have changed since.
What the thread found
- The official EFP training video is available directly from Tiffen as a DVD at $19.95.
- The official Tiffen DVD version is a higher quality remaster than original VHS tapes, created from a 1 inch sub-master with sharper image quality.
- Older copies sold on eBay were often low-quality VHS duplicates of worn tapes and should be avoided in favor of the official Tiffen release.
Depends on
- Discussion is from 2011 and product availability may have changed since then.
- The training material itself is not described in detail, only the distribution format and quality are discussed.
