Maximum camera payload capacity for Steadicam Aero 15 arm with sled
What the thread found
- The maximum camera weight supported by the Aero 15 arm is approximately 4.5 kg or 9 pounds.
- The Aero sled weighs approximately 6 pounds.
- The payload specification for the Aero 15 refers to the camera package weight rather than the combined weight of sled plus camera.
Depends on
- Weight figures are approximate and sourced from forum discussion rather than official manufacturer documentation.
- The actual sled weight may vary depending on whether monitor and battery mount are included.
- Only one user with Aero 30 experience commented on payload specification interpretation, not Aero 15 specifically.
