Restarting a PDL Plus bubble monitor after power loss

What the thread found

The bubble monitor can be turned on through the menu system by pressing the SELECT button repeatedly until reaching the LEVEL page, then using UP or DOWN keys to toggle the monitor on

If menu navigation does not restore the monitor, a factory reset may be required
