IDX battery chargers come in sequential and simultaneous versions that look similar
13 years old. Gear and prices may have changed since.

- IDX makes two versions of their 2-channel battery chargers that have nearly identical appearances but different charging capabilities.
- Sequential chargers like the JL-2PLUS and VL-2PLUS will charge only one battery at a time, while simultaneous chargers like the VL-2SPLUS charge two batteries together.
- The fuse box on IDX NP-1 and V-Mount chargers is located on the back between the AC input and power switch and can be accessed by using a flat-head screwdriver to pry it out via the small tab on the side.
