The EFP Training Video DVD is approximately two hours long and covers fundamental operating concepts applicable across different rig sizes, with detailed demonstrations and exercises.
The SK Training Video VHS is approximately 35 minutes long and contains substantial material specific to SK assembly, making it less comprehensive for general operating instruction.
Both the EFP and SK training videos teach the same core concepts, but the EFP video provides more depth and detail suitable for building foundational understanding.
The SK video is better suited for operators using smaller rigs like the Pilot and Flyer, though its assembly content is not applicable to modern discontinued equipment.
The EFP DVD released from an older master tape has clearer image quality than the original VHS format.

The SK video was created with equipment that is now discontinued.
The EFP video was originally produced in 1990 and reflects practices from that era.
User experience with the SK video is limited to a few reports in this thread.
