Securing loose allen screws on dbox 1 camera stage adjustment knobs

Allen screws that lock the side-to-side and fore/aft adjustment knobs on a dbox 1 can become loose and spin without tightening
Applying a threadlocker compound followed by red loctite can secure these screws
