Intermittent motor power-up failure on T2 gimbal requiring power cycle reset

What the thread found

The T2 gimbal occasionally fails to supply power to motors on initial startup even after 30+ seconds, despite head power and camera already being powered.
The issue occurs intermittently and randomly across multiple units and firmware versions.
Powering the motor switch off and on again resolves the problem and motors initialize normally on the second attempt.
Several operators have observed this behavior on multiple T2 rigs.
