Mounting a Manfrotto quick release bracket to a Glidecam HD-2000

What the thread found

The Glidecam comes with screws that thread directly into matching holes in the base of the Manfrotto quick release plate, requiring no nuts or additional fasteners.
When the release plate knob cannot turn freely due to obstruction from the camera or gimbal, placing fender washers between the top and quick release plates on a longer bolt provides additional clearance for knob rotation.
