Several manufacturers produce monitor arms compatible with EFP camera posts, including models with dual telescoping capability and sliding bar versions.
The XCS dual telescoping monitor arm is reported to work reliably over extended periods and offers good value.
Using a monitor arm together with a sliding battery mount can help achieve dynamic balance on an EFP setup.
