A Mitchell mount base for a camera dolly has an outer diameter of 7 inches.
The inner lip of a Mitchell mount base has an outer diameter of 2.86 inches and a height of 0.27 inches, fitting loosely inside the mount hole.
The tie-down bolt specification for this mount is 0.5 inches with course thread.
A low-profile bolt head with 0.36 inch outer diameter is used for the keyway.
Threaded holes are positioned every 60 degrees around the mount to allow keyway rotation for proper orientation of the socket block.
