Alexa Mini SDI sync problems with external SD monitor via downconverter

An Alexa Mini may experience intermittent sync loss when outputting to an SD monitor through a downconverter on the first SDI BNC output.
Changing the SDI output format from 24fps to 60fps resolved sync stability issues in one case.
