What the thread found

• The Arriflex 416 Plus includes an integrated FI+Z wireless system with a 2.4 GHz antenna that works with Arri's WRS hand-unit for remote control.
• The 416 features an integrated video assist system with the same image quality as the ARRICAM and 435 models, using electronic sharpening to improve picture clarity.
• The viewfinder and video tap are separate systems, allowing the camera to be operated on a tripod with both running, then quickly converted for handheld use by removing the viewfinder and attaching to a steadicam.
• The camera can be reduced to approximately 10.4 pounds with a full magazine when the viewfinder is removed, making it suitable for lightweight handheld applications.
• Super 16 format cameras are used for television productions, feature films, commercials and documentaries, offering film's exposure latitude and color reproduction at more affordable costs than larger formats.
• The small size and weight of Super 16 equipment provides portability advantages for fast-paced production environments.

Depends on

• The post dates from 2006 and does not confirm whether the 416 replaced or coexisted with the SR3 model.
• Some technical specifications mentioned are general to the format rather than specific to the 416 model.
• The discussion includes mixed professional and personal content that may not represent typical camera operation.
