Compatibility of Zephyr arm with Exovest and required adapter socket block
12 years old. Gear and prices may have changed since.
What the thread found
- The Zephyr arm can be used with an Exovest by replacing the standard socket block with a smaller socket block designed for the Zephyr
- A specific socket block adapter is available for mounting the Zephyr to the Exovest
- The Zephyr paired with an Exovest forms a functional semi-professional package
- Mounting hardware including screws and adjustment wing screws should be verified upon purchase, as some users received incomplete sets
Depends on
- The Zephyr system is described as non-upgradeable and self-contained
- Pricing information for replacement adjustment screws from the manufacturer can be expensive
- Users should confirm that all required fasteners are included when ordering the socket block adapter
