• The SK2, Provid, Flyer, Pilot, Zephyr, Scout, and Archer models share the same dovetail plate size.
• The SK2 and Provid require a rail underneath to work with fore and aft gear mechanisms that are not present on other designs.
• The Flyer rigs also use a gear rack system.
• Dovetail plates with gear rack functionality are no longer commonly used in newer camera stages.
• Tiffen can supply dovetail plates; part number 601-7412 costs $350.00 plus shipping and can be ordered via orders@tiffen.com.
